Bottom line: For under 10 locations, Marqii is the cheapest per-unit and does the job. Between 10 and 50 units, Uberall gives you an actual account manager and pays for itself in avoided lost orders. Yext is priced for enterprise and only makes sense once you have brand-search volume above a few hundred thousand queries a month.

Key takeaways
  • Bad hours on Google Maps are a food-cost problem in disguise. A guest driving to a closed store never comes back this quarter.
  • Marqii publishes prices, per location, no annual required. That is the operator-friendly buying model, and small groups should start there.
  • Uberall does not publish prices but bundles review response and menu sync. Ask for the review conversion case study before you sign.
  • Yext is a full platform and adds pages, schema, and analytics. Below 50 units you are paying for scale you cannot use.
  • Measure two things after any switch: percent of listings with correct hours across five apps, and directional traffic in Google Business Profile. If neither moves in 60 days, cancel.

Local listings management is the small operations line item that quietly determines whether Google, Yelp, and the delivery apps show the right hours, the right menu, and the right phone number for every one of your locations. Get it wrong and you’re literally paying for takeout orders your kitchen can’t accept because the closing time on Google says 11pm but you shut at 9. Nobody notices this problem until it costs money.

Marqii, Uberall, and Yext are the three names most restaurant operators evaluate. They aim at different sizes of business, and only one publishes real prices in 2026.

Marqii: the restaurant-native listings platform

Marqii was built specifically for restaurants, and it shows. Menu updates, hours changes, and holiday closures push out to Google, Yelp, Facebook, Apple Maps, and (crucially) the delivery apps from one dashboard. The delivery-app menu sync is the piece other listings platforms don’t do well and Marqii does. That alone justifies it for delivery-heavy operators.

Pricing is transparent through 5 locations ($90 Base, $145 Pro, $180 Full Suite per location per month), then custom above that. Review response add-ons scale from $100 to $375 per month depending on volume.

Our take: default choice for restaurant operators from 1 to 500 locations. The delivery-app integration is the reason.

Uberall: the international multi-location option

Uberall’s strength is international reach, especially in Europe and APAC. For US-only operators, its coverage is competitive with Marqii and Yext but the international angle isn’t a differentiator. Pricing is quote-only, typically landing in the $50-$150 per location per month range depending on modules.

Where Uberall wins is in enterprise franchise structures with multi-country footprints. The dashboard handles franchisor-franchisee permissions well.

Our take: right choice for international restaurant groups. Overkill for US-only operators unless the price comes in below Marqii.

Yext: the enterprise network with no more public pricing

Yext historically owned the enterprise listings category. In 2026 they’ve removed public pricing entirely, and every sale routes through demo and contact flows. Their network is genuinely broad and the answers-and-search product they bolted on adds value for regulated industries, though less so for restaurants.

For a mid-market restaurant operator, Yext is often more platform than needed at a price point that’s hard to justify against Marqii’s restaurant-native pitch.

Our take: right choice only for very large enterprise chains (500+ locations) or those where the search-and-answers product is genuinely useful. Skip for most restaurant operators.

Who this is for

  • Single-unit restaurant: Marqii Base at $90/mo. Cheap and correct.
  • 2-20 unit restaurant group: Marqii Pro or Full Suite depending on review volume.
  • Multi-national restaurant chain: Uberall.
  • 500+ unit enterprise: Yext or Uberall, price both.

The number to actually watch

Listing accuracy rate across your top 5 networks (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Apple Maps, and your busiest delivery app). This should be 100% at steady state. If it isn’t, either the platform isn’t syncing correctly or your data source is fragmented. Fix before signing a bigger contract.

Next step

The RBL Toolkit includes a channel-margin worksheet that helps model the traffic value of accurate listings. It’s usually higher than operators expect.
